Why did you become a seminarian? I became a seminarian because God wanted me to. I determined this through much prayer and many additional graces that God sent me throughout my life.

Who is your favorite saint, and why? My favorite saint is St. John Vianney because of his great humility, courage, and trust in God. He humbly submitted himself to God's will as well as many self-inflicted penances his whole life. Vianney also fearlessly preached the truth to his people and encouraged them to choose the way of virtue. He also had complete trust in God so much so that even when he was physically tormented by the devil, he would often laugh at him because he knew God was the king of all.

What are some of your favorite hobbies? I enjoy playing a wide variety of sports, card games, and board games.

What advice would you give to someone discerning the priesthood? Work hard at prayer and ​be patient. Do not expect God to give you an answer tomorrow but continue to beg God to guide you. Also, recognize that nothing in this life will make ​you happier than living ​out your vocation.
