The Natural Family Planning Program is committed to supporting the people of our Diocese with up-to-date scientific data and Church teachings to help them better understand and live out their fertility within God's plan.

Engaged couples are highly encouraged to attend a Catholic introduction to Natural Family Planning session during their engagement.

Couples wishing to learn about NFP at their own pace may check out the video series offered by the Marriage Group. Customize your experience — Learn how to postpone or achieve pregnancy, and how to use Natural Family Planning to improve your overall health!

 

Couples wishing to take NFP with Couple to Couple League may visit the website and sign up for self-paced classes or online, live classes.
